You’ve given so much through your service—now it’s time to give back to yourself.
Are you craving a little peace, calm, and true restoration?
Would you love a simple, soothing way to unwind that’s deeply healing and good for you?
Join Julianne Roshan Dow from the Dow Integrative Institute for a heart-centered class
designed especially for women veterans. You’ll be guided into Yoga Nidra, a deeply restful,
lying-down meditation that melts away stress and tension. Also, gentle breathwork and the
ancient Japanese healing art of Jin Shin Jyutsu (like acupuncture, but without needles!) will
help harmonize your energy and restore balance to body, mind, and spirit.
In this nurturing space, you’ll experience profound calm, release anxiety, and reconnect with
your inner strength. Research shows that Yoga Nidra supports healing, lowers blood pressure,
improves sleep, and restores emotional balance — it’s like a reset for your whole system.
This class is for you — a safe, supportive place to rest and recharge among fellow women
who’ve served.
You’ll be lying down on a yoga mat or recliner with cozy bolsters and blankets provided. Feel
free to bring your own pillow for extra comfort.
Julianne is a lifelong wellness educator, yoga and meditation teacher, and integrative medicine
practitioner who has shared healing modalities with hospitals, veterans, and cancer care centers.
