Join the Dow Integrative Institute for an online experience on Monday evenings, 8 pm-9:15 pm EST, for five classes from the comfort of your own home. This transformative class combines Yoga Nidra, a deeply relaxing lying-down meditation practice, with Jin Shin Jyutsu, an ancient Japanese healing art (like Chinese acupuncture) that uses specific hand placements to harmonize and balance the body’s energy and emotions.
Designed to empower self-care through simple hand and meditative healing tools, each session offers practical strategies for easing the body and mind.This cumulative series encourages regular attendance to build upon your skills and experiences.
