Join us for an integrated Yoga Nidra and Jin Shin Jyutsu (JSJ) experience where you will be guided through the physical, mental, and emotional energetic layers of the body to balance the nervous system and learn JSJ self-help wellness protocols to harmonize the life force energy in the body. JSJ is an ancient hands-on, non-invasive Japanese Healing Art, which is like Chinese acupuncture, but without the needles. It is a modality used in Integrative Medicine Departments in hospital settings. We will have an integrative experience of these two ancient healing modalities to bring us back to Center and come to learn how to use these tools to help ourselves throughout the day.
