This class is inspired by my own deeply personal journey of overcoming anxiety and sleepless nights. Through the practice of Yoga Nidra, I found a way to calm my restless mind, restore my body, and navigate life’s challenges with grace and centeredness.

In this class, you’ll be gently guided into a state of restful awareness where deep healing can take place. Whether you’re seeking relief from stress, emotional balance, or simply a moment of peace, this practice is for you. Yoga Nidra is done lying down or seated comfortably—little movement required—making it accessible to everyone.

Join us to experience the restorative power of conscious rest and take a step toward emotional healing and inner calm. This class will also infuse Jin Shin Jyutsu Self-Help, an ancient healing practice, to restore balance in the body for optimal healing to take place. This class is intentionally designed to nurture you into a relaxed, ready-for-sleep state at the end of your day on Tuesdays.
