Join us at The Dow Integrative Institute, a Holistic Health Center for People and Animals in Kent, CT., or remotely in the comfort of your home. We will experience a lying down Yoga Nidra, a sleep-based lying down meditation practice of deep restful healing, and learn hospital research-based tools for relaxing, and falling asleep.
A recording of this class will be sent to you afterwards for your continued practice, and to be used in times of need.
