JSJ is like Chinese acupuncture, but without the needles. We use only our hands.This is an ONLINE class that will guide you as to how you help yourself with physical and emotional pain as you lie in your own bed. If you cannot make it at 8:15pm EST, a class recording and handouts will be available.
