Caring for the Caregiver: A Rest & Reset Class Series
Caring for someone else—whether it’s a family member, a friend, or in a professional role—can be incredibly meaningful… and incredibly exhausting. No matter how much love we bring to the role, it can take a toll on our own well-being.
This gentle, restorative class is here to support you, the caregiver.
Come learn simple, soothing techniques to calm your nervous system, ease physical tension, and reconnect with yourself. We’ll explore breath-work and a light-touch, evidence-based healing method used in Integrative Medicine Departments that you can use anytime, anywhere.
You’ll first learn how to use these tools for your own care. This 45-minute ONLINE class for the second Monday of the summer months is for parents, grandparents, babysitters, and professional caregivers to learn how to help themselves in the moment.
