We will experience breath practices, Jin Shin Jyutsu (like Chinese acupuncture, but without the needles), and Yoga Nidra, a lying down guided meditation practice to create health and wellbeing. Julianne has been a life-long wellness and ethics educator (yoga, meditation, eastern healing modalities for people & animals) and Integrative Medicine practitioner/webinar presenter in hospitals and cancer care centers. This class is done lying down in your own bed, or on a recliner. The Dow Integrative Institute integrates Yoga Nidra with Jin Shin Jyutsu (JSJ) Self-Help harmonizing the body for optimal health.
