As the body rests\, or “sleeps” in savasana\, we experience a greater sense of clarity\, calmness and serenity. Research has shown that Yoga Nidra can improve wellbeing by eliminating stress\, inducing a healing response\, lowering blood pressure\, and alleviating cravings.The Dow Integrative Institute integrates Yoga Nidra with an ancient Japanese healing art\, Jin Shin Jyutsu (JSJ) Self-Help\, that harmonizes the body for optimal health.
