This class is done lying down or in a recliner. The Dow Integrative Institute integrates Yoga Nidra with Jin Shin Jyutsu (JSJ) Self-Help harmonizing the body for optimal health. JSJ is like Chinese acupuncture\, but without the needles. We use only our hands. This is a COMPLIMENTARY class for deep rest accessible to all. This is all about self-love and self-nurturance.
